Nike Unlock box CASE STUDY
Led the development of an in-store digital experience to increase engagement with Nike’s app-based retail ecosystem. Designed a QR-triggered “Unlock Box” that incentivized customers to log in and interact with digital features in-store. Drove an 81% increase in digital engagement during pilot, while uncovering key operational and UX challenges. Iterated on the experience through real-world testing, balancing customer excitement with store operations and scalability.
Kroger CASE STUDY
Led the design of a unified customer data foundation across 135M+ users, consolidating fragmented data from multiple systems into a single, privacy-compliant platform. Defined frameworks for explicit vs. implicit data to improve data quality and enable scalable personalization. Partnered with engineering, data science, and legal teams to support downstream ML use cases. This work strengthened identity resolution and powered more accurate targeting, segmentation, and customer experiences.
